Jennifer is the assistant running backs coach for the Washington Football Team, and she is the first woman in NFL history to be a full-time coach. She shares her journey from coaching college basketball, to becoming a coaching intern with the Carolina Panthers under head coach Ron Rivera, and then continuing her coaching career with Rivera in DC.
