Can a local team make a final four run?

Does a local triangle team have the chance of making a run to the Final Four as Duke and North Carolina did last season? Dennis doesn’t believe so due to each team being flawed in their own way. Chris believes we could see some teams making it as far as the Elite Eight. Also, Chris has the data to support his case that players from the transfer portal are better than true freshman players.
