After the first 38 minutes, the Hurricanes were down 2-0. But, Teuvo Teravainen's late second period power play goal ignited a 4-goal rally as the Canes beat Winnipeg, 4-2, at PNC Arena. Carolin keeps pace with the Rangers who beat the Islanders Thursday night. By winning, Carolina clinches home ice advantage in the opening round of the playoffs as the Penguins are 9 points behind the Hurricanes with just four games left. Carolina next plays Saturday afternoon in New Jersey.
