Andersen's return fuels Canes 4-1 win over Montreal

Frederick Andersen's first game in more than 4 months was a 4-1 win over Montreal. He made 24 saves, played almost 2 minutes without a stick and was named the game's 1st star after missing the last 50 games due to a blood clotting condition that could have ended his career. Brady Skjei helped his teammate celebrate with a pair of gorgeous goals and Carolina gained two points on the idle NY Rangers who were off Thursday night. Before the game, the team opted to hold Michael Bunting out of the lineup due to the fact that he was part of the trade that sent Jake Guentzel to Carolina. That trade is official.
