Community Relations Director of the Phoenix Public Libraries Lee Franklin joins Valley Watch to let people know all the ways the Phoenix Public Library system can be used to beat the heat during record breaking temperatures in March.
The program focuses on timely, relevant, public safety topics and information. The goal is to keep you better informed about what the Phoenix Fire Department and its community partners are doing to effectively respond to emergencies & help you be more safe.
