Chuck Coughlin joins Mike O'Neil in the Think Tank to discuss more about a Proposition we will see on our ballot this November, Prop 140, Make Elections Fair Arizona Act, and why voting yes it is the beginning of a solution to some of the problems plaguing our politics. If approved, it would mandate open primary elections, ban the use of taxpayer money for closed partisan primary elections, and open up the possibility of ranked choice voting in general elections.
