U.S. Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, spoke with host Heather Kelly face to face during his trip to Utah.  They talked infrastructure, climate change and jobs.  The $1.2 Trillion dollar infrastructure law will spread out the funds over a 5-year period across all 50-states and 14-US Territories.
