PlatteForum connects the youth and artist to help them reach their full potential while also addressing social justice issues that matter most to them and their communities. They are currently working with their Artist in Residence Eileen Roscina, she is a multimedia artist and has done work in video, photography, and sculpture. Her exhibition is opening on November 8th and the event is free and open to the public. Her work is for this show is about food sustainability and the what will food look like in the future. On November 15th there will be a panel discussion with Eileen and Denver Urban Garden and East Denver Food Hub that will be moderated with the art lab interns. The panel discussion is also open and free to the public.
