With 8 offices in six key communities including the western slope, the Colorado Health Network offers its clients, medical and oral health care, behavorial health services, nutrition support, housing assistance and emergency financial assistance. They work to prevent the spread of HIV through testing, treatment as prevention, pre-exposure prevention, and counseling to make good choices for healthier lives.
