Mile High Magazine 07/14/2024 Arvada Flour Mill

The Arvada Flour Mill is in Old Town Arvada, the building is now 98 years old.  Eugene Emery Benjamin started the mill because he wanted his own mill and chose that location because it was strategically by the railroad, but also he believed that Arvada had a great future.  The building has been uniquely preserved because of its history and is now open for tours.  Tours on Sunday morning at 10:00 and 11:00 and it is $10.  There is also a walking tour that shows you 10 different historic buildings on it in the Old Town and there is no cost for that.
