Making naloxone more available to Utahns in hopes of lowering unsettlingly trend of overdoses

Recent data from the CDC shows that Utah has the highest rates of nonfatal drug overdoses in the United States. Salt Lake Harm Reduction Project (SHRP) is trying to make naloxone more readily available for Utahns, all in the hopes of reducing this unsettling trend.
