Drier conditions are expected in Texas today, where floods killed at least 133 people. Roughly 100 people are still missing. Search and rescue/recovery crews continue their search but now, it's a search for bodies. How do search efforts change when it moves from rescue to recovery? And what about the volunteers working tirelessly through the muck and mud?
