State bill would offer restitution, benefits for exonerees

The erroneous conviction bill passed unanimously in the Arizona House, but has now stalled in the Senate. It would have provided restitution for state inmates who have been wrongfully convicted and exonerated. It also included resources for therapy, financial literacy and education.
