A voter resolution in the state House would use the firing squad to execute death row inmates. Sponsor State Rep. Alexander Kolodin says the federal judge who was hired by Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs to review death penalty procedures recommended Arizona bring back the firing squad. Kolodin adds Arizona has a history of botched lethal injection executions.
