New study shows higher percentage of Arizona students from high-income ZIP codes enrolled in ESA program

A new analysis of Arizona’s school voucher program found that 11% percent of students in high-income ZIP codes were enrolled in the school voucher program, while only 4% of students in low-income ZIP codes are enrolled in ESAs.
