HVAC contracts on the hook for loss of federal dollars

The Efficiency Arizona program, which helps homes replace inefficient ari conditioning units, has been paused indefinitely due to uncertainty of federal dollars. The program was being funded by the U.S. Department of Energy and the Inflation Reduction Act. This comes after President Donald Trump froze nearly all federal dollars to states.
