Advocate for unhoused arrested after holding public picnics

Founder of local non-profit "AZ Hugs" Austin Davis has been arrested after allegedly trespassing into a Tempe park. He's also faced pushback on his public picnics to feed unhoused people as the city says the events cause safety and cleanliness hazards.
