Advisory committee to research, expand access to postpartum mental health resources

A new state law looks to raise awareness about postpartum depression and help new mothers get access to care. State Rep. Julie Willoughby says her bill creates an advisory committee to increase access to postpartum mental health resources wherever there is an obstetrics desert in the state. She says few resources currently exist.
