Utah is seeing two major wildfires in the southernmost part of the state. The France Canyon and Forsyth fires have burned for a near 40,000 acres and firefighters are still fighting to control the blazes. The first step to stopping fires is prevention. Utah Speaker of The House Mike Shultz discusses a new rule that will allow more fire prevention within the national forest system.
