Utah's Attorney General announces legal action against prediction market platform Kalshi

Today, Utah's Attorney General announced a new lawsuit against Kalshi, a popular platform in the prediction market industry. The State of Utah alleges that Kalshi's operations are gambling and are thus illegal here in the state. Their complaint also claims that Kalshi's actions are harmful to Utahns. We hear from Attorney General Derek Brown on the lawsuit. KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas then gives his insights into the case and the overall law on gambling in the state of Utah.
