Utah Lt. Gov Asks DOJ to Dismiss Voter Information Lawsuit

The Department of Justice is demanding personal information about all of Utah's registered voters and Utah's Lt. Gov. is now asking the courts to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that the US Constitution gives states the right to control their elections.
