Utah crime watch: Rideshare driver charged with kidnapping and assaulting client + hoax dynamite in magna home

According to KSL.com, On August 30th, a woman ordered a lyft for her nineteen-year-old cousin to get to her home in Sandy. The app told her that her cousin had arrived on time, but she did not. Officers learned that the driver had picked up the girl in a rental car, drove near her home to "end" the drive, and kidnapped her for hours before dropping her off about a mile home later.
