Utah city deals with unauthorized Flock camera that appeared on city property

The Flock cameras are multiplying. Sometimes, they're growing without permission. The Salt Lake Tribune reports that an unauthorized camera recently appeared on city property in Millcreek… right by city hall. The problem is that no one knows where it came from or who installed it. The camera's since been cut down, but it once again brings up questions of security and privacy when it comes to these kinds of surveillance cameras.
