A recent op-ed in the New York Times highlights concerns with the Trump administration's plans to allow foreign meat onto our store shelves. The goal is to bring down the high prices of meat, especially the really high price of beef. But the move has cattle ranchers across the U.S. -- and in Utah -- concerned.
