The role of the federal government in immigration policy 

The 2010 Utah Compact spells out how we – as a state – will handle the issue of immigration with humanity. The first principle of the Compact is that immigration is a federal issue. With so much inaction on the federal level, is there still hope for solutions? Will Congress ever fix the broken immigration system?
