Study: School cell phone bans don't help students improve grades 

Banning cellphones in school has become very popular not only across the country but also here in Utah with the recent "Bell-to-Bell" ban. ABC Tech Reporter Mike Dobuski joins the show to discuss how the data doesn’t reflect quite what administrators were hoping for with the ban, and we hear from you about how we can fix the reading issues we have in schools. Inside Sources executive producer Andy Cupp also joins the conversation with his take as a millennial.
