South Salt Lake restaurant named state's first to get a Michelin star

Forget the fry sauce and the burgers with pastrami... Utah has officially entered the fancy-food era. South Salt Lake’s Monte just became the first restaurant in Utah to earn a Michelin star. So… does that mean we have to start calling it “gastronomy” instead of dinner? Eh… only if you can pronounce “gastronomy.”
