Some Utah County voters mistakenly told to include copy of ID with ballot 

Some Utah County voters received notices incorrectly telling them to include a copy of their ID with their mail-in ballots or risk having their votes rejected. The Utah County Clerk’s Office says a clerical error sent the notices to some voters who had already verified their identities.  We break down the mix-up and who actually needs to provide ID.
