Episode Description
A Smithfield City councilman is resigning after he was caught on video having a heated exchange with police.  Two officers went to former council member Ted Stokes' home on August 3rd to get information about a minor car accident his son was in. Police just released the body cam footage of the interaction to the Herald Journal. KSL NewsRadio's Adam Small joins with the details.
