Severe Utah Weather: Hurricane hit with flooding leaving feet of mud

Utahns in the Hurricane area woke up to feet of mud in some places following devastating floods yesterday and through the night. Water was captured on video rushing down neighborhood streets, leaving thick clay-like mud in and around more than 100 homes and RVs. The mayor of Hurricane has declared a local emergency due to the damage.
