Episode Description

With the election quickly approaching -- and ballots already being mailed out -- the Lieutenant Governor's office is still waiting for several thousand Utahns to verify their citizenship to vote. More than 6,000 people were found on an audit by the State Elections Office to not have their citizenship confirmed. They cautioned that it doesn't mean there's a bunch of non-citizens on the voting rolls -- they just haven't been verified. Now, those thousands of people on the voter rolls could have trouble voting on Election Day unless they verify their citizenship status ASAP.
