Episode Description

A man who allegedly claimed to be the mastermind behind the terror attacks on September 11, 2001, will finally get his day in court. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has been in government custody since 2003 -- and held at Guantanamo Bay since 2006 -- but he's never had a trial. He's been waiting for more than 20 years now, and he'll have to wait two more years. Greg tries to understand why the judge over the case said a hearing in 2027 was too soon.
