Sec. of State Rubio says the U.S. may walk away from peace talks between Russia and Ukraine 

One of President Trump's campaign promises was to broker a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine and end the war there; he said he could do it in 24 hours. But no deal has been reached -- both sides have dug in. And now, Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the administration may step away altogether if a peace deal isn't reached... within a few days.
