Reports: White House was behind Starlink internet issues in Ukraine

Several Republican lawmakers say they're concerned over Ukraine's recent internet issues resulting from Starlink slowdowns. Some senators say they have "grave concern" over the loss of intelligence data -- data that's vital to Ukraine as it continues its fight against Russia.
