Prosecutor to be held in civil contempt for talking to media about Charlie Kirk murder case 

A prosecutor with the Utah County Attorney's Office will be held in contempt after talking to the media about the murder case for Charlie Kirk. The defense team for Tyler Robinson wanted the judge to remove the possibility of the death penalty as a result, but the judge didn't agree.
