Prosecution submits another filing asking judge to move ahead with Tyler Robinson's murder trial

We're still waiting for an official notice as to whether or not Tyler Robinson will go to trial. The man accused of shooting and killing Charlie Kirk at UVU is waiting for the judge to make his decision, which is expected to happen after a final hearing on September 1st. In the meantime, the prosecution continues to push for the judge to send the case to trial with 'aggravating' elements attached to the charges. The defense says those 'aggravating' things are not applicable here. And now, the prosecution has submitted another filing defending their 'aggravated' claims. What a mess!
