Proposal Would Double Signatures Needed for Ballot Initiatives

There's an effort on Utah's Capitol Hill being put in front of lawmakers today that would double the percentage of signatures needed to get an initiative on the ballot. Rep. Andrew Stoddard joins the show to explain the proposal.
