Pres. Trump exempts Russia from sanctions and tariffs, even though Congress approved them

President Trump is holding back on Congressionally-approved sanctions on Russia. Friday, he signed an executive order exempting Russia from additional sanctions and tariffs, in what was a bill named after the late Republican Senator Lindsey Graham. That -- along with a U.S. deal allowing Russian diesel into the country -- was the focus of comments from Energy Secretary Chris Wright... who joined ABC's "This Week."
