Pres. Trump continues touting strong economy while pushing plans to try and lower price of diesel

With the midterms just 5 weeks away, the economy is at the top of many voters' minds. With diesel prices at record highs and consumer sentiment falling even lower, the party in power -- the Republicans -- have a nearly impossible task before them if they want to keep control of Congress.  President Trump thinks he has a solution, at least for bringing the price of diesel down. But economists are sounding a warning, saying it doesn't work the way he thinks.
