Not for sale: Persistent would-be homebuyers create nuisance for homeowners

Persistent offers to buy homes not on the market are ramping up, and homeowners are getting pretty fed up with it. These potential buyers are going out of their way to text, call, email, and send regular mail to homeowners, often offering to buy the home quickly or even for cash. The would-be buyers are even going to family members of homeowners -- casting a wide net to get any kind of bite. KSL Investigator Matt Gephardt dug into the issue to try and find out if these are scams and to see just how big of a problem this actually is.
