Middle East Developments: "low-key" negotiations with Iran, Israel rejects Trump's peace plan with Gaza

It's like a game of chicken between the U.S. and Iran -- Iranian officials say the Strait of Hormuz waterway will never fully reopen until the U.S. "corrects its behavior." Iran has issued a slew of demands, which U.S. officials have scoffed at. Iran says it's now working with Oman to reopen and monitor the strait. In the meantime, Israel has rejected a 15-point peace plan from President Trump aimed at promoting peace in Gaza. Professor Austin Knuppe, Director of the Heravi Peace Institute at Utah State University, joins Greg and Holly to talk about the broader effects that conflicts in the Middle East may have on upcoming midterm elections here in the states.
