Man whose conviction and death sentence was overturned by Utah Supreme Court returns to court

Should a man whose conviction in a death row murder case was overturned be allowed out on bail while awaiting his new trial? That's the one of the questions at the heart of a legal hearing going on today for Douglas Carter. He had been convicted of murdering Eva Olesen in the 1980s and was sentenced to death. But the Utah Supreme Court overturned his conviction last year, and he's been sitting in the Utah County Jail since then. The state's planning to retry the case but in the meantime, what happens to Douglas Carter? KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas gives his takes on this unique situation.
