A man who's spent more than 40 years behind bars for a murder could walk out of jail today. Douglas Carter was convicted of murdering Eva Olsen in the 1980s, and he's had his conviction overturned twice by the Utah Supreme Court. He's awaiting yet another trial but could be released on bond today. KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas explains today's hearing and why it would be so unique for Carter to leave jail after spending decades on death row.
