Lawmaker Pushes for Enhanced Signature Gathering Training and Transparency

We've been reporting on claims of Utahns being misled when approached by signature gatherers in the state. A new bill on Utah's Capitol Hill would try to prevent that by requiring more training for the gatherers and more means of transparency for voters.
