The woman convicted of killing her husband with fentanyl -- then writing a children's book on grief -- is asking the courts for a new trial. In a new request, attorneys for Kouri Richins claim bias, irregularities, and undue prejudice tainted the last trial. They also claim that information on financial crimes from Richins shouldn't have been allowed in the murder trial.
