Judge rules on some issues in Charlie Kirk murder case

The defense for Tyler Robinson -- the man charged with shooting and killing political activist Charlie Kirk -- is now asking for the possibility of the death penalty to be taken off the table. They argue that comments made by the Utah County prosecutor's office about a bullet fragment removed from Kirk's body could unfairly sway potential jurors.
