Issues with voter registration in New Jersey

A bit of a voter registration issue in New Jersey has been discovered, where thousands of non-citizens were incorrectly registered to vote. The governor there says some 6,600 people were inadvertently registered when they got their drivers' license. Of those folks, 400 of them ended up voting in elections.
