Good news for all those who always have the silver Diet Coke close at hand! New research is showing that for certain patients, drinking diet soda may be no different than drinking water- and in some cases, potentially better. Adults with Type-2 diabetes found no health advantage to switching from diet sodas to water and in some cases, it helped improve blood sugar markers. Greg and Holly discuss the new data.
