Investigation into claims of insider trading before Pres. Trump shrunk Utah national monuments

U.S. House Democrats have now opened an investigation into Energy Fuels, which owns the White Mesa Mill in southern Utah. It comes after their CEO bought 74,000 shares of the company just before President Trump issued his executive order slashing the size of Bears Ears and Grand Staircase Escalante National Monuments. Lawmakers now claim that the way the monument boundaries were redrawn gives a huge benefit to Energy Fuels, which operates the country's last conventional uranium processing site about a mile away from Bears Ears' previous boundary.
