Inside Washington: Could an ethics reckoning be on the way for Congress?

A majority of Americans consistently rank Congress as having low or very low ethics. A Gallup poll from earlier this year said 71% of Americans didn't rank Congress as having high ethical standards. Here's the dumb question: is anyone actually surprised? Reporting from Cami Mondeaux, Deseret News congressional correspondent, explains that Congress may be in for an ethics reckoning.
